LuxOR soutient directement MSF en participant à l’amélioration de l’assistance médicale aux populations vulnérables confrontées à des contextes difficiles et à des ressources limitées. Les projets de Recherche Opérationnelle (RO) couvrent un large éventail de thèmes, représentatifs des soins médicaux humanitaires prodigués sur le terrain. Les études de RO analysent les innovations ou identifient les contraintes et les défis liés à un programme ou un environnement opérationnel donné, et construisent des preuves précieuses sur la façon d'adapter ou de renforcer les programmes en place.

To streamline the identification and treatment of Ebola patients during the West Africa Ebola epidemic, MSF developed a laboratory inside a transportable shipping container. This operational research study describes and evaluates the feasibility and benefits of this mobile setup.

Improved Care for Migrant Torture Survivors in Italy's Reception System
Many refugees and migrants reaching Europe have suffered torture and require specialized care. This qualitative study conducted by MSF and local partners interviewed clinicians, psychologists, and reception staff in Rome’s reception system and investigated how they identify and manage torture survivors.
